People are asking all the time for an easy diet plan to lose weight. The problem is losing weight isn't as easy as that. If you really want to look and feel sexy you need to be determined to shed the pounds and stick to your chosen diet for it to be effective in any way.
My preferred method will always be the healthy way, and I imagine this option would suit you better than anything else too. So unless you are really willing to put the work in to lose any weight there is no easy diet to lose weight. On the other hand with drive and determination it can be as easy as you want it to be.
In fact do you find walking and eating tasty foods difficult? I know I don't. Essentially this is all you need to lose weight. So a good diet plan will involve teaching you what foods are healthy, tasty and nutritious at the same time as helping you to lose weight. Combined with regular exercise, even just walking the dog, you will see the weight simply drop off.

If I wanted to lose all my unwanted fat I had to work hard at it and stick to a regular and balanced diet. When I finally knuckled down with my chosen diet plan and exercise routine I was extremely happy with the results. I finally felt like I was sexy.
