Accelerated Weight Loss Plan - Calorie Shifting

Accelerated Weight Loss Plan - Calorie Shifting

The Calorie Shifting diet is an accelerated weight loss plan. To shift calories means to group the types of calories that you consume, such that they are eaten during different meals, at different times of day, and that this grouping is rotationally regrouped at every meal, every day.

The net result is that you are varying the quantity and the quality of the food that you consume at every meal. When orchestrated in the correct pattern, you can literally trigger a metabolic response in your body that releases the appropriate hormones that are responsible for inducing the burning of fat. That is what the Calorie Shifting diet is all about.

In fact, there are some perks to this accelerated weight loss plan:

1. You can eat as much of each food as you want at each meal time, until you are satisfied. Just don't eat until you are too full though. You should stop eating while you are satisfied enough that if you were to stop eating you would be okay.

2. You get to each from each of the four food groups each day that you are on this diet plan.

3. You can safely lose as many as 9 pounds for every 11 days that you follow this diet plan.

Here are some of the other rules governing this diet plan:

1. You must leave a gap of at least two and a half to three hours in between each meal.

2. You must eat four complete meals every day.

3. You must take a three-day break from the diet after eleven consecutive days on this diet. Days twelve through fourteen are fondly known as your "cheat" days, during which you should continue to eat sensibly but not follow any prescribed meal plan, before you resume the diet again for another eleven-day cycle.
