Eat more to weigh less. That may sound crazy, but the fact is that it will help you keep up your metabolism if you eat many small meals throughout the day rather than one or two large meals.

If you combine all of these tips together, you should be able to lose 15 pounds quickly and avoid rapid weight loss diets and fad diets which are unhealthy.
