So you have noticed lately as you stare at yourself in the mirror, that you are developing the dreaded waist line fat. These are not so affectionately called Love Handles. There are several products and exercises targeted directly to get rid of love handles.
But lets be honest. The thought of doing exercises after a long day at work is least than appealing. And there are so many things in the press about diet pills and prescription diet pills, that how can you be sure that what you are taking is healthy for you? Worst yet, what side effects are you not learning about right now but will come out in the future?
How does one get rid of love handles then without the work and time of exercising, and without adding additional health issues with the latest diet pill?

But if the real truth was known, then they could potentially lose a lot of money from you trying to get rid of love handles. I am not saying that they diet items and the exercise do not work, the reality is that they do work!
They work to reduce you, but they do not work on the root cause of why you were growing love handles to begin with. Yes, it is true your metabolism slows down as you age, but speeding it up is not the absolute solution. Think about what happens when you speed up your whole system like that! It can not be healthy long term, you risk speeding up your date with death too!
What you are not being told as a society, because the diet companies have great lobbyist that romance the food and drug companies, is that the reason you are fat has to do a LOT with the ingredients that are used to create most meals! In affect, it is like a long term poisoning! And it is FDA approved, how convenient!
What am I talking about, right? I am talking about the genetically changing food substances that we are continuing to eat as we buy packaged food items from the local grocery store. Our times do not allow for a woman to be able to stay at home and spend hours to prepare a home cooked meal everyday!
To make life simpler, and because a majority of family members all have to work, they have made food items that can be quickly created and cooked. Saving you time. But the cost is the substances being left in your system for that time saver!
The genetic changes and the artificial preservatives and the artificial flavoring all help to create and leave toxins in your body from eating the food items. Not enough to really harm you short term. Not enough to kill you quickly. But enough that over time, these toxins form together to create a plaque like substance that coats the insides of your intestines.
