This diet plan aims to reduce your calorie intake to only 700 pounds daily. This would be hard to do because it is hard to control one's eating habits, but if you really are focused, then go for it. This will surely make you lose weight very fast.

Here is the diet plan that you have to follow. You should limit your breakfast to 5 biscuits preferably dry crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese and an apple. For your lunch, you should only take a slice of dry toast and one boiled egg. Your dinner should now be composed of a beetroot, a cup of tuna, a cup of diet vanilla ice-cream, one-half of a melon and a cup of cauliflower. The drinks that you can take are water, tea or black coffee.

You may not be used to it at first but after a while, things will be easier for you. The foods that you are eating are healthy enough to support you daily. This will allow you to lose excess body fats and fluids that have already built up in your body. The key to this diet is that you should train yourself and get used to it.
