Day 5 - Take regular meal only once, eat more fruits and veggies

On the fifth day, you need to take your regular meal as usual, but you will only take it once, on midday. In other words, you won't have your regular meal as breakfast as well as dinner. Day 6 - Eliminate your regular meal, eat only fruits and veggies

On the sixth day, you will not eat your regular meal at all. Instead, you'll eat only fruits and vegetables. Since you're going to eat only fruits and vegetables today, be sure to choose the ones that you like the most.

Note: You're almost finished. By the end of this day you should already see a great improvement on your skin.

Day 7 - Fruit fasting

Now, for the seventh and last day, you've got to do a fasting diet again. But, today you'll do a fruit fasting instead of water fasting. So, choose one fruit that you like the most (recommended: apple), and eat only this fruit throughout the day. Be strict in this diet, okay?
