People usually do so many sit ups and crunches, but still fail to see a flat belly. They have a misconception that if they do belly focused exercises only then will they get a flat belly.
The first thing one must understand is that the belly is the first place where fat is collected around and the last place from which it is removed is also around the belly.
Therefore it is important that one must not do abdominal focused exercises, but rather full body exercises.

1. Exercise Regularly - Exercise regularly, but not every day. It is usually advised to workout 3-4 days a week. Make sure you rest in between.

3. Music to keep you pumped - I enjoy listening to music while working out, it keeps me energized and pumped. People usually get bored while working out. 4. Workout Plan - This is probably the most important point. You must know what exercise to do, how to do it and so on. Most people fail to lose belly fat because they don't know what exercise to do, what type of diet to take with it and so on.
