Another important aspect in accelerating your diet plan is through strength training and building the muscles that are known to burn calories. These muscles are known as the lean body mass. It is the muscle mass underneath your body fat that burns calories all throughout the day, even while you sleep. Developing your lean body mass allows you to intake more calories without gaining weight.
