How Helpful Are The Diet Pills?

I know some people out there is looking for an answer to this all time hot subject. Does it work? Will it really slim me down with 2 pills a day & I could continue eating as usual? Will I really lose weight with it?

The answer is...NO! Read the fine print! It says by following a healthy diet plan & proper exercise regime!

We always wanted to see the miraculous claims they stated on the front "Lose 10lbs in 1 week" or "Drop a stone in 14 days" But have you turn the box and read the fine print? It says to follow a healthy diet plan and "results may vary"!

This stuff does has its effects and it can give you a very minimal edge in your quest to lose fat. But only at a very minimal rate.

So should I pop these pills? My answer is YES! If you can afford them, just to have that slight advantage but never treating it as a miracle pill. Remember I posted that losing weight is "simple maths"?

Just follow your diet & workout as planned and take these pills as prescribed in the labels, not overdoing it. There are different kind of diet pills: Appetite Suppressants, Fat Burners, Fat Blockers, Carb Blockers, Ephedra Diet Pills, Stimulant-Free Diet Pills, Diuretic Diet Pills etc. Just read up on them before deciding which kind should you consume & also get doctor's advice.

Bottom line, the thing that's gonna make you lose weight is still ultimately, your diet & exercise regime!
