Instant Weight Loss Diet Plan

Instant Weight Loss Diet Plan

The Calorie Shifting diet is an extremely effective instant weight loss diet plan. If you adhere this diet strictly, it is not unreasonable to see weight loss results on the order of about nine pounds every eleven days, which translates to roughly just under one pound of weight loss per day.

How does the Calorie Shifting diet work?

First and foremost, you must generate your own personalized instant weight loss diet plan. This is integral to the success of your diet. In a nutshell, your diet plan consists of a variety of plentiful foods from each of the four main food groups. Your choice of foods must then be grouped together by calorie type.

These calorie types must then be shifted from one meal to the next, and from one day to the next. In other words, every meal that you consume will consist of a variable combination of calorie types.

In addition, your daily intake of certain calorie types will shift from day to day as well. Consumption of different calorie types will receive greater emphasis on some days more than others.

For example, you may have one day on the diet which leans heavily on fruits and another day that leans heavily on vegetables. You may have a day on which you may have meat and fruits at one meal, meat and dairy at another meal, or dairy and vegetables at another meal.

Calorie Shifting is a qualitative diet, not a quantitative one. In other words, you are not required to count or keep track of the number of calories or carbohydrates that you consume. Conversely, you can eat as much food as you desire at every meal until you are fully satisfied, as long as you stop eating just before reaching the brink of feeling full.

It is not the quantity of food that you eat that matters, when following an instant weight loss diet plan such as the Calorie Shifting diet. By shifting calories in the manner described above, you can effectively trigger your metabolism to go into "fat burning mode" and thus tap into your body's fat reserves for energy.
