After years in the gym, I have seen it all. I've seen those that get great weight loss results for their efforts and those who bust their buns with little or no results. So, my question that I will explore with this article, is why can some people lose 10 pounds in 10 days, and why do the others struggle to lose 10 ounces?
Let's explore some possible solutions . . . . .
1. Make sure your weight loss plan includes drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day. Some experts say 8 glasses, but since some of us drink coffee - add a couple more glasses. I've heard some people just doing this water thing to drop a few quick pounds. Maybe, it's the flush factor.
2. Make sure the plumbing is in functioning order. Do you have parasites or worms feasting on your meal from the inside. Explore those systems that rid yourself of these worms and parasites while making sure your pipes are nice and clean.
3. Add foods with more fiber to your diet. It will help in scrubbing the pipes and will make you feel fuller.
4. Eat 5 small meals a day. Why not add a few pieces of high fiber fruit as 2 of those meals.
5. Don't eat or drink anything after 5pm except for water.
6. A little exercise might help. Begin with slow walking then explore the possibilities of working out at a gym like my wife and I do. My wife has finally reached the -25 pound level, never making it past -15 pounds in the past - just by following these tips.
Lose 10 pounds in 10 days? You can do it. But if you just lose 1 or 2, that's a beginning. You can do it!
