Starvation diets have become a very popular way to lose weight. It basically implies to a particular kind of diet where one starts eating very small proportions of food or almost no food at all! Such diets have become a fad amongst teenagers and young aspirants of the fashion world. Many arguments have been placed both for and against such drastic measures to lose weight.
