Guaranteed weight loss! Here's how to lose weight fast WITHOUT diet pills, WITHOUT crazy diets, and WITHOUT your typical cardio exercises. This works for everyone, but it's especially beneficial for busy women who don't have much time to devote to losing weight.

1. First, you'll need to do an exercise. But don't worry, it only takes 5 minutes. I call it the "5 Minute Miracle Exercise". The name of it is Hindu Squats.

Know this, any exercise that creates a huge oxygen deficit will help you to burn off fat relatively fast. That's why walking isn't that good if you want quick weight loss.

Hindu squats create a large oxygen deficit in just 5 minutes of use. They're an intense 5 minutes. I didn't say this would be easy... it's simple, but not easy.

What you do is squat with your own bodyweight, nothing else... and you do it FAST! That's the key. Speed is everything for this exercise if you want to guarantee you lose weight fast. Now I have 2 versions of this since you're probably not use to it. So you'll need to test yourself first.

Do as many squats as you can in 150 seconds... 2 and 1/2 minutes. Set 50 as your goal. If you can do this, then your next step is to do 100 in the full 300 seconds... or 5 minutes.

If you can't do 50 in 150 seconds, then do as many as you can and keep at it until you can do that many. It's worth it. Your body will literally transform before your eyes in a matter of weeks.

2. The lazy way to losing weight... jumping on a mini-trampoline

I say this is the lazy way because I jump on it during commercials, that's it. 2 minutes each time. I DON'T use a block of time to do this all at once. I just watch some tv and jump on it for 2 minutes while the commercial is on. What could be easier?

This is great for busy people. You can get in a good 20 minutes in just 1 hour of tv watching.

3. Here's a boring diet tip that causes a 2 pound loss each month... EAT APPLES

Before you discard this tip, don't let the simplicity fool you. This is very POWERFUL. I have 100's of clients who have done this and they'll back me up. You'll lose 2 pounds a month... just by eating 3 apples a day for snacks.
