Lose Weight Without Diet And Exercise! But There's A Catch

You may successfully loose weight when you take diet pills - but you will not become healthier. There are no health benefits for losing weight without changing a bad diet and without beginning to exercise regularly. If anything, the diet pills contain active drugs that can cause elevated heart pressure, sleep problems, severe mood swings and more.

When you get slim by popping pills you may win a beauty contest, but your insides are not so beautiful - not at all. You become fragile and potentially ill because of serious side-effects. Therefore, if losing weight is very important for you, (more important than your health) go ahead and pop pills, scarf down your favorite fried foods, and keep sitting on the couch.

The point I am quite clearly trying to make is that you should purchase a thirty five dollar gym membership and not a month supply of diet pills for about the same price. Purchasing less fast food is another way to loose money. When you eat healthier you become healthier, but when you eat less because you are hyped up on pills, you are not healthier, and you are certainly not doing your (albeit sexy) body any favors.

It is unfortunate that so many people prefer the easy way out. That is, of course, until many of them suffer the side-effects and / or symptoms of the serious medical risks. Herbal supplements are also available, and of course, some kinds of weight loss pills are much less dangerous than other kinds of weight loss pills. The larger matter is that diet and exercise (as much as so many people hate to admit it) are very important for anyone's overall health.

If you want to be skinny without eating right and exercising, use anything from cocaine, to Ritalin, to herbal weight loss drugs and anything in between. But if you want a healthier, happier and longer life - your best bet is to follow the advice and recommendations of medical professionals and nutritionists. It would be easy if a problem could be eliminated just by swallowing a pill . . . however, it does not always work that way. Be safe, be healthy, and (for goodness sake) enjoy your life! Healthier people tend to be happier people because of the many proven benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

Skinny people are often just as miserable, sad unhappy, bored, etcetera when they are thinner as they are when they are (or believe that they are) heavy. On the other hand, diet and exercise can actually replenish someone's zest for life, believe it or not. But it is a fact. So should you loose weight without diet and exercise? Do what you want, but the consensus seems to be no among those of us who truly care about health and nutrition.
