No matter what you do, do not starve yourself in order to lose weight. There are a lot of easy ways to lose weight without using diets pills and here I will give you few inputs on what needs to be done and the mistakes you should avoid at all costs!
Number one mistake is to starve yourself! You see, when you do starve yourself, you are going to slow down your metabolism. Even though it seems like you are losing weight, there is a good chance you are going to gain the weight back and even few extra pounds!
Solution: If you really want to lose weight, and you want easy ways to lose weight without using diet pills, you just need to cut down your meal portions. Eat your food more frequently in fewer quantities. This is going to actually speed up your metabolism, but the best of all is that you will not be hungry. Hunger slows down your metabolism.
Number two mistake is in the food! If you are browsing Internet, you are going to learn that there is tone of diet recommendations, but the worst is that they tell you to get rid of all the food you like. And this is a huge problem because you are not going to stick to the diet plan. If you get rid off all the foods you like, you will feel miserable and sooner than later, you are going to give up.
Solution: Find the food that you like adding a lot of fruits and vegetables, and allowing yourself to have a little dessert maybe once a week. I don't mean eat the whole pie, but just a little banana strawberry milkshake. This will serve as an award for all the hard work.
Number three mistake is in the expectations! Most people want to drop of 30 pound in the month and be done with it. It does not work that way. Even if you could drop 30 pounds, you will gain it back so fast.
Solution: Set a pound to two a week. That is a more realistic weight loss expectation and removes that weight scale from your house. When we are on the diet, we tend to step on it at least 3-4 times a day. Just move it away and only use it once a week.
