Foods That Feed Parasites

Foods That Feed Parasites

It is estimated that parasites affect somewhere between 75 to 90 percent of the world's population. The parasites can live within the human body for many years without showing any signs or symptoms. Eventually, however, if not dealt with, the parasites can take over in the body causing serious harm and even death.

The reason these parasites are allowed to take over in the body is namely for two reasons which are: 1.) The body does not receive enough nutrients, and 2.) The body consumes too many foods that feed parasites. When these two conditions are present, it provides a breeding grounding for the parasites, and allows them to multiply at a rapid pace. Thus, in order to eliminate the parasites, all one has to do is supply the body with proper nutrients, and eliminate the foods that feed the parasites.

Sugar

The number one food that parasites feed on is sugar. This includes all forms of processed sugar and artificial sweeteners. Sodas are out, along with energy drinks, commercially packaged fruit drinks, candy, processed chocolate and other sweets.

Baked goods also contain sugar. These include cakes, pies, cookies and even breads. Pastas, cereals and other simple carbs that easily convert to sugar also feed the parasites. Basically, anything that is made with white flour will provide an environment for the parasites to thrive in.

Unhealthy Fats

Unhealthy fats are another food that parasites love to feed on. These fats are present in processed foods, hydrogenated oils and in animal proteins.

Processed foods such as chips, prepared frozen meats and french fries are often loaded with high amounts of unhealthy fats.

All meats, dairy and dairy products as well as eggs contain unhealthy fats that feed parasites, and thus should be eliminated from the diet.

Fruits

Fruits also contain high amounts of sugar, and thus they tend to feed the parasites as well. Some fruits however, such as papaya, pineapple and tomatoes have been shown to help eliminate parasites.

Eliminating these foods alone, without adding in any other healthy or anti-parasitic foods, begins the process of eliminating parasites, as the parasites will no longer be able to feed on the foods they love.

However, one still needs to eat, and consuming nutrient rich foods such as vegetables along with herbs and spices will help to expel the parasites at a good rate. Not only are these foods high in nutrients, but many herbs and spices will directly attack the parasites and eliminate them from the body. Others might not be so effective at eliminating them, however, they do help to create that environment that the parasites do not like.
