You will target each muscle group from three different angles.

For your first exercise you will target the bulk of the muscle fibers with a mass-builder exercise like a multi joint and muscle movement. You can try bench presses, dead leg lifting, squatting, and shoulder presses.

Then target your muscle using a stretched position. An incline bicep curl is a perfect example.

Third, do a contraction exercise, which challenges the muscle to contract with resistance. A tricep kickback is another perfect example of a contraction exercise.

3. Large Amounts of Unilateral Lifting

It is harder for the body to gather the growth muscle fibers during the bilateral exercises than during unilateral movements.

Incorporate 3 week training sets of only unilateral exercises such as one leg and one arm at a time.

These 3 positions are great to try at some time in your workout and they are just an example. The key here is to be sure to use your muscle. Because only by using your muscle can you burn fat.
