Alli Diet Pills Do Work - Make The Negative Side Effects of Alli Work For You!

Alli Diet Pills Do Work - Make The Negative Side Effects of Alli Work For You!

I have tried Alli because I saw that it was an FDA approved diet pill. I did have good results by taking Alli, especially when I would hit a troublesome spot, or those days when the scale just would not budge! First, this diet medication works because it blocks a percentage of the fat in foods you eat. So it makes your efforts a little more forgiving, especially if you are one of those people who seems to gain weight just by looking at the wrong foods, or if you just just cannot feel satisfied with the amount of fat in your food that you need to limit yourself to in order to lose weight.

However, to make this plan work for you, you really do need to limit your fats for a couple of very good reason. First, even though the capsules will block a percentage of the fat you eat, it does not block it all. Do not expect to have good results if you still help yourself to bags of chips and triple scoops of ice cream every day. That is not to say, you cannot have a handful of chips or a half cup of your favorite frozen treats every day. You need to get to a point where you can treat yourself with a normal serving, and not by eating several servings of the foods you need to limit.

The second reason you need to watch what you eat is that Alli does have one side effect which can be negative, but which I think ends up being positive. Block fat is eliminated through your digestive system, and it ends up coming out the other end, to put it nicely. If you eat too much of the wrong kinds of food, you may pay for it with a very urgent need to find a restroom without any delays!

However, in the long run, I really think this negative side effect worked out alright for me. I never had any terrible problems that I could not solve with a quick detour to the nearest ladies room. I think that most people who are healthy, except for the need to lose some weight, experience the same thing. However that urgency did give me some negative feedback for finishing off that bowl of chips and salsa at lunch or chocolate sundae after dinner. I learned that I needed to be more careful and thoughtful about what I ate, not just to lose weight, but also to avoid having to answer the call of nature so quickly. That did not mean I could not have a few chips, or that ice cream was off limits. However, I needed to limit my servings or look for lower fat replacements. Baked chips and frozen yogurt contain less fat. That still did not mean I could eat any quantity of the replacements, but I could eat a bit more without problems.

I did lose weight with Alli, and at the same time, I trained myself to limit my fat intake. This meant I had an easier time keeping the weight off after I went off the pills.
