How To Kill Internal Parasites Naturally

How To Kill Internal Parasites Naturally

There are many ways to kill internal parasites, but the best way, is to kill them naturally. This way there will be less side effects, but the results are just as great as those achieved with drugs. Parasites can only thrive in an environment wherein they enjoy feeding off of the host. Once that environment changes, then the parasites are forced to leave the body, either dead or alive.

The best way to kill internal parasites naturally, is to change the environment within the body. This can be done simply by making certain dietary changes such as adding and subtracting a few foods. Really, it is that simple.

Foods to Subtract

Eliminating the foods that feed the parasites is more important than adding in the right foods. This is because the parasites feed off of these foods, and as long as they are present in the body, the parasites will be happy to remain where they are.

These foods include sugar, simple carbohydrates, unhealthy fats and processed and refined foods. This means no sodas or processed fruit juices, processed chocolate, chips or any other junk foods. Baked goods including breads, pies, cakes and cookies should also be avoided, as well as cereals, mashed potatoes, corn, most fruits, meat, dairy, eggs, and anything that comes prepackaged in a box, can or bottle. The only exception to this rule is spices and other natural foods that clearly state that they are organic, and that they do not contain any artificial ingredients.

There goes the average American/Canadian diet. However, it's not that bad, as there are plenty of other foods to incorporate into the diet that will sustain life until the parasites are gone.

Foods to Add

The foods to add in are anti-parasitic foods such as garlic, onions, ginger root, pumpkin seeds and papaya seeds. Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, carrots, hot peppers and leafy greens are also excellent foods that help kill parasites naturally. In general, any vegetable that is not a starch, and any herb or spice will help to promote the type of environment that forces the parasites to leave the body.

Herbal teas are very effective in helping to kill and eliminate parasites as well. A tea made from ginger root, cloves and cinnamon is not only tasty, but it can help to destroy the eggs to prevent them from hatching.

Healthy oils such as coconut oil and castor oil are also effective, as they can create a slippery environment within the digestive tract, wherein the parasites can no longer hold onto the walls of the digestive tract. Thus the parasites are eliminated whether they like it or not.
