How to get rid of parasites in the bowel: In the article I'll discuss a few ways you can figure out if you have these parasites (most of us do) and how to get rid of them.
When you think of parasites it hard to believe that these little worms and disgusting living organisms can actually be living inside of you. However recent studies show that over 50% of people have them.
This is how it happens. Most of us in the western world have an unhealthy colon or bowel because of bad eating habits and lifestyle choices. When our bowel gets clogged up, and we cant eliminate wastes efficiently, we buildup a plaque on the walls of our intestines and entire tract.
This environment is exactly what these parasites rely on to feed and thrive. It's scary enough to know that these parasites actually feed of our body's nutrients but they also leave behind harmful toxins in your body.
Symptoms like lack of energy, dry skin, acne, depression, rashes, sore eyes, as well as many others can come as a direct result of having parasites in your system. Now you see many people's problem is beyond not getting enough sleep!
So how do we get rid of parasites?
There are many ways to cleanse your colon and your system. The most important staple is your diet and lifestyle. I'll give you some quick tips for your diet that will help with this. Firstly DRINK WATER. A lot of it. I cant emphasize enough the importance of this stuff.
Secondly, avoid sugary and processed food as much as you can.
There are a few foods that are proven to give good results: Things like spices, garlic, pumpkin seeds, kefir and yogurt. The spices can be anything, maybe try some cloves.
Also try to exercise a few times a week, and get a good sweat. I studied Kinesiology and I can tell you right now sweating has more benefits than you can imagine.
Although you should always stick to the guidelines above, most people's bodies need a 'kick start' to kill off some of these persistent parasites. You should try a good colon cleanse system. Even for a month or so because it will really get your body going. I'll include the one I used in the resource section below as well for you.
I hope you enjoyed this insight and the few tips I gave. Never take this matter lightly, the death toll for colon related cancer is getting too ridiculous for people not to take it seriously. So keep that in mind and stay strong!
