I am going to share how to lose up to 10 pounds in 10 days without having to resort to taking costly and often ineffective supplements and diet pills. Many people think they must push the limit of healthy eating and exercise in order to lose weight fast but you can drop pounds with great speed while feeding your body foods it thrives on. 1. Feed your body well and practice nutritional timing. You can eat whole grain carbs, proteins and good fats and still lose weight rapidly if you simply shift the time of day you are feeding your body these foods. The most progress will come from finishing eating carbs by lunchtime.

This does a couple of key things for you, first you will drop unneeded water that your body is holding and second you will force your body to burn body fat for energy. This happens because the body does not have it's primary energy source available - carbs.

2. Cut out refined carbs and sugary drinks. These foods cause a spike in your blood sugar because they so quickly break down in your digestive system. When your blood sugar spikes so does your insulin level and this causes your fat burning to shut down.

3. Make your exercise work for you. Any exercise is beneficial but your maximum fat burn is going to come from HIIT. This stands for high intensity interval training and it has been show to keep your metabolism elevated for more than 24 hours after you are done working out.

To perform a HIIT exercise warm up at an easy pace and then steadily increase your pace until you are at your highest possible intensity level and then return to your easy pace to recharge before repeating this cycle. Do this for 20 minutes.
