As all of you might have known, finding diets that work can be really frustrating task. Books, internet, TV provides thousands of information sources on diet programs and obviously you don't have enough time nor resource to try all of them. All you need is just ONE diet program that work for you. Well, the good news is ALL of that diet programs WORKS. Yes, they are all works, maybe the creator is a nutritionist, or a professional body builder, or even a housewife with her own diet method, it doesn't matter, AT LEAST IT WORKED FOR THE ONE WHO INVENTED AND TESTED IT.
So, after find out that they're all works, all that left for you to do is choose one that WORKED FOR YOU and suit your style. Finding such program won't be a difficult task, when you read a diet program review, you might want to pause for a moment and consider a few things:
1. Is it a popular diet? The more people who tried and prove it works the better. You might want to check the testimonials and doing a little research on the internet/forum about that program rank. Its not that lesser popular program are bad, you just want to search programs with higher probability of success. More people tried it and it works, then it highly possible it'll work for you too, as simple as that.
2. Is it suiting your lifestyle? Remember, no matter how good the creator devised his diet program; it'll still force you to make some sacrifices. So if you're going to make some you better make sacrifices you willing to do, for at least 1 year or so, until the program showing results.
For example: if you don't like the idea to measure every calorie in the food you're going to eat, you might want to have a program that create your meal plans for you; if you don't like any limitation to your meal plans, choose the one that focused more on exercises; if you're a vegetarian, choose a program that support vegetarian, and so on.
All of them will cost you something: created meal plans sometimes don't satisfy you, sometimes you'll too tired for the exercise session, and if you're not a full vegetarian (vegetarian that still eat egg or fish) you'll have difficulties following the vegetarian meal plans. I'ts important to realize the challenges to come and be prepared for it.
3. Is it a healthy diet that keep proper nutrition intake and include exercises in it? One thing for sure: you won't last long with a fad diet such as grapefruit diet or cabbage soup diet. Not only it will torture you, the result achieved won't last long either. Additionally, it cut important nutrient from your food, thus make you even more unhealthy. Pick a diet that won't throw away any of the food group (meat, vegetables, fruit, etc), having exercises session, and offer lifetime maintenance.
Once you choose a diet program, STICK to it. You've spent much time to find diets that work for you, so put it into action and expect results. Write it in your schedule, put a paper with writing in the wall of your bedroom so it remind you every morning, put the same writing in your cell's wallpaper, buy clothes with size that will fit your future body, tell your friends and family and ask for their support. Motivation is really important when you're going to start a project in your life, make sure it worth to do, otherwise you'll fall halfway.
