Prograde Nutrition Reviews

Prograde Nutrition Reviews

The supplement industry has grown to become a $50 billion dollar a year monster. One of the biggest controversy's surrounding the supplement industry is that they aren't required my law to have any of their products tested to make sure that they're legitimate. It's a shame because a lot of people turn to supplements to enhance their fat loss or muscle building results and it's a good possibility that their recently purchased supplement will do absolutely nothing at all for them.

As a personal trainer myself and with all the hogwash going on in the supplement industry I was very hesitant to use supplements myself and to recommend them to my clients. I started scouring the internet to see if I could find an actual legitimate supplement company out there and stumbled across Prograde Nutrition.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Prograde's products were backed by scientifically researched studies and they used only the highest quality ingredients for their supplements. A lot of supplement companies use super cheap ingredients to keep their profit margins big and this is coming at the expense of the consumer because they're already spending a good amount of money on the product but not getting much in return.

Since Prograde has the nutrition products backed by science-based studies it also takes the worry off the consumer because they now don't have to worry if they actually work. Many times the supplement industry uses the term "proprietary blend" to hide their low quality ingredients and other filler ingredients that they use to complete their products. In preparing for this review of Prograde I was absolutely shocked to find out that there were so few supplement companies out there that actually used science-based research studies as the foundation for their products.

Prograde also has a registered dietitian, Jayson Hunter as the leader of their nutrition program. This is also a great sign because most supplement companies have businessmen with no experience in nutrition or dietetics to lead their nutrition line. A registered dietitian has the expertise to lead a supplement companies nutrition line because they have graduated with a degree in their field, completed an internship with a licensed registered dietitian and has completed an exam by the American Dietetic Association. Many so-called "nutritionists" out there are also nothing more than people who have received some certification and are not officially licensed to create dietary programs for people.

I hope I've helped shed some light on Prograde nutrition with this review. There are a ton of non-ethical supplement companies out their with products that promise the world but can't deliver real world results. Even if you don't decide to use Prograde supplements at least try and find a company that used science-based studies for the foundation of their products. Because the last thing you want to do is spend your hard earned money on the next latest and greatest supplement only to find out that it's absolute junk.
